Balancing the plate without weighing anything
A practical way to balance a meal by looking at quarters of the plate rather than reaching for the scales.
NUTRITION AND DIETETIC COUNSELLING
Every programme opens with a detailed consultation and a measurement. The meal pattern is built around your kitchen, your working hours and your budget, then revised with you as you go.
SAMPLE PROGRAMME
Weight Management
The scope and the fee are set out in writing after the first consultation.
01
The three focus areas at our centre and the programmes each one covers.
01
Weight management, insulin resistance and nutrition in metabolic conditions. We look at habits before the scale and at sustainability before speed.
02
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood and menopause. Each stage has its own needs, and the plan is built for that stage.
03
Sports nutrition, food intolerance and plant-based eating. We aim to keep restriction to a minimum and variety intact.

WEIGHT AND METABOLISM
A programme built around meal structure and portion balance, with lasting habit change at its centre. Sustainability comes before restriction.

WEIGHT AND METABOLISM
A pattern focused on meal spacing, carbohydrate quality and fibre intake. Laboratory follow-up is carried out together with your doctor.

PERFORMANCE AND TOLERANCE
Meal timing, hydration and recovery nutrition matched to training load. Designed for amateur athletes and adults who train regularly.

LIFE STAGES
A meal plan arranged by trimester that takes nausea and shifting appetite into account. Your maternity team guidance is part of the plan.

LIFE STAGES
An age-appropriate meal structure from the move to solids through to school age. The approach is built with the family and never through pressure.

PERFORMANCE AND TOLERANCE
A planned withdrawal and structured reintroduction of suspected foods to establish the amount you tolerate. Nothing is restricted unnecessarily.
02
We do not hand out lists that cut daily energy to the bone or narrow eating down to a single food. Rapid loss usually returns along with the routine that produced it.
We promise no timescale, no percentage and no certain outcome. A nutrition plan is not a treatment and does not replace medical follow-up.
No food leaves the plate unless a diagnosed condition calls for it. Anything removed is reintroduced again in a planned way.
PROCESS
Measurements are taken on the same device under the same conditions throughout a programme; only then is the difference between two sessions genuinely comparable. We read the report with you at every session and work out together which part of the plan is holding.
ABOUT US01
A short twenty-minute conversation. We listen to what you are looking for and decide together whether the programme suits you.
02
A dietary history, a body composition measurement and a review of any laboratory results.
03
The meal pattern is adapted to your kitchen, your working hours and your budget. It comes with a shopping list.
04
The interval between sessions is set by the programme. Measurements and habits are reviewed again at every session.
MEASUREMENT
The scale alone misleads, so we follow muscle, fat and fluid balance together.

I was not handed a list of banned foods; the changes were made within the routine I already had. That is why it was easy to keep up.

My training times are irregular, so the plan came with two options for that. We went through the measurements together at each session.
